I am from a family of teachers & have such a huge respect for what they do & the responsibility that they carry every single day–keeping our kids safe, inspiring them, educating them and the long list goes on & on. When I saw this video of 1st-year student-teacher Dwayne Reed’s creative way to welcome new students to his class, I immediately wanted to give him a shout out–and kudos to all teachers who step up every day in so many ways!
